competition for accessory carry: bellyPack

like the fanny pack, we now have a variation of the clunky "bag attachment" on one's self. This time it's incorporated into the shirt.  looks aside, is it even practical to retrieve and place items in this bag? carrying something in a neat little location is great until you need to use that item.
